The Esquina Museum

Museo La Esquina is devoted to traditional Mexican popular toys. Its collection holds more than 3,500 original pieces gathered over six decades.

The focus is on handmade toys: their materials, craftsmanship, and cultural meaning. It’s more colorful and quirky than a conventional history museum.

It’s open Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm, and Sunday 11am to 4pm (closed Mondays). Entry is 100 pesos, or 150 with a guided tour, and 50 pesos for kids, seniors, students, and teachers.

It’s a short walk uphill from the Jardín.
