Stone church atop the Insurgentes hill
The Templo de la Santa Cruz is a pretty stone church with twin bell gables sitting at the top of the very steep Insurgentes hill on the other side of Avenida Guadalupe from the Centro.
It’s core to the life and culture of the Colonia San Rafael neighborhood.
Google Maps lists it as “Iglesia Santa Cruz.”
