The Biblioteca Pública (public library) is more than a typical library.
It’s a community center, a theater, and an educational institution that hosts lectures, musical events, movies, and classes. Some of its most popular events include the thrice-weekly language exchanges, the chess club, and children’s art activities.
It’s a beautiful space — an old colonial building featuring a fountain, murals, and a café. It’s a friendly place where everyone feels welcome.

It’s open from 10am to 5pm Monday through Friday, and until 2pm on Saturdays.
