Casa de Allende Museum

The Casa de Allende Museum occupies the former home of Ignacio Allende, one of the principal leaders of the Mexican War of Independence.

Now an INAH historical museum, it covers both Allende himself and the history of San Miguel during the colonial period. Its rooms and objects illustrate everyday life in a prosperous colonial and early-19th-century household.

It’s directly next to the Jardín and the Parroquia.
